On a truck we
hitched from one
small town to another in Bohol, trying to catch the public bus.
He didn't charge us; his car was "For Official Use Only".
This tarsier is full grown and
about the size of a human hand.
We found this one in the Tarsier Sanctuary in Bohol.

Overlooking the
Chocolate Hills, Bohol. There are
over a thousand of
these hills that resemble chocolate bon bons.
Made of coral raised from the ocean over many years, the Chocolate
Hills remain barren all year long.
They also turn brownish during the dry season, and thus, the name.
